Pick Totals for Week 10

"I've never changed my pick three times in one week until now, so sorry to everyone else who took..." [Pittsburgh] --Tedeschi

Apology not accepted.

"Back-to-back losses, and now my survival depends on... Mason Rudolph?" [Pittsburgh] --Olson~K

Make that back-to-back-to-back.

Three weeks ago, there were 223 undefeated players. The most ever after seven weeks into the season. Today, there are 229 people eliminated. Nearly half. What went wrong in Weeks 8-10?

"Bloodbath mid-season weeks and place kicker curses. Post-pandemic Ducey Pool is delivering." --Alcus

By my count, 60 players went from undefeated to out the door in that three-week stretch, as the surprise upsets piled on top of each other. That has certainly never befallen the pool in previous years. And is it over? It doesn't seem like any team has consistent play week-to-week this year.

Fifteen leaders hope they have it figured out. Nothing has made them stumble so far. For the rest of us who are no longer picking teams in the regular season pool, the Second Chance Pool starts in Week 16. We have until then to wrap our heads around it.
